We have been owners for the past ten years and have found that it is the best value for our money at a shore location.  Cape Shores is a wonderful community where people show care and kindness for each other.  Cape shores affords us a "year round" living which no other resort in the area offers.

Hi, we are Marty & Judy and have been at Cape Shores Resort since 2017. So far we have met many people who have all been very nice and make you feel welcome. We really love it here! We can't say enough about the new owners, they have really improved Cape Shores since they took over. The pool is well taken care of & is always clean. The pond is now beautiful as well as all the landscaping. Location is perfect since we are close to the beach, wineries, breweries and many great restaurants. We hope to be here for many years!

We bought our Cape Shores home in July, 2017 and our experience so far has been nothing short of wonderful....we are thrilled that we finally made the choice to buy a summer home and we do not have one regret. The Resort itself is beautifully landscaped, clean, and a wonderful environment for all types of families. All of the areas in and around the Resort are meticulously maintained. Management has a truly invested interest in the property and are willing listeners and bring about the changes that have been discussed. Personally, my husband and my favorite areas are the pool, where we spend a lot of time, the grounds, where we are always walking with our dogs, and the pond, which has just been beautifully refurbished, new fountain and all. In addition to the beautiful amenities, the people here are extremely friendly and we have developed many friendships, which just make us more excited to spend as much time as we can down the shore.

We are so happy we purchased in Cape Shores.  My grandkids love the pool andfishing in the pond.  My wife and kids enjoy listening to the fountain in the pond.

Extensive improvement to the lake area has proven to be a great asset for our community.  It is a fun place for fishing and for relaxing walks.  We truly can't say enough about our "paradise" resort.  We highly recommend it!

This is our 1^st year @ Cape Shores Resort. We have nothing but great things to say. Our neighbors are all so nice and management is always asking if we need anything. Great location….minutes from shopping, fishing, Cape May restaurants & the Wildwood Boardwalk. What more could we ask for!
